About the Courts
The Sequim Picklers worked hard to bring brand new courts to Carrie Blake Park in Sequim. We are pleased to be hosting our second tournament on these new courts!
Outside of the fenced area there will be bleacher seating on both ends of the courts. Personal portable seating will ONLY be allowed outside of the fenced area. There will be NO seating in the walkway between the courts.
Directions and Parking
Using Google Maps or your GPS, you want to head for 101 N Blake Ave. Sequim, WA 98382. This should get you to the driveway turning right into the park, just past The United Methodist Church. There will be signs along Blake Avenue directing you where to turn.
If you’re coming from the east on Hwy 101, we recommend taking the E. Washington Street exit into Sequim, Blake Avenue is an easy right turn off E. Washington Street, just before you get to the QFC. If you pass the QFC, you went too far!
If you’re coming from the west on Hwy 101, you’ll want to take the Sequim Ave exit, turn right onto Washington, drive past the QFC and turn left onto Blake Ave.
There are some parking spots by the courts, some past the courts by the Guy Cole Building and by the dog park. There is lots of residential parking west of the courts on streets that run perpendicular to Blake Avenue. PLEASE NO PARKING on Blake Avenue or at the Church.
We are looking into getting additional parking closer to the park – check back here for more information.
Carpooling is recommended!
Sequim Pickler club members – please park on the side streets and leave the parking inside the park to our guests!
We will have lots of free snacks (donations accepted!!) and full water coolers to fill your water bottle throughout the day in the Guy Cole building, right next to the courts.
Please bring your own water bottles to refill from the water coolers.
Many Sequim Picklers will be available to referee matches during the day. Our goal is to, at a minimum, provide referees at all the medal matches. If you are a participant, and skilled at being a referee, AND have some free time during the day, we would love to add you to our pool of refs! Please contact Marty Hoffman if you are interested by sending us a note below in the CONTACT US section.
Medals will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each bracket and division, all three days.
We are looking for volunteers to help during the event! Please contact Debbie or Christy through the CONTACT US form below.
